I attended Brisbane Medieval Fayre at Musgrave Park on May 14, 2005. Several parents of primary school children expressed keen interest in the Quantum Theory of Gravity Communication Network. A network marketing strategy was discussed to distribute the sites across South East Queensland primary schools (both public and private) which would also be interlinked with the Brisbane Star Wars Fan Club and the Light Saber Competition websites which are expected to go on-line in the next fortnight.
In terms of the Queensland Primary Schools, the responsibility for rolling out the Quantum Theory of Gravity Communication Network has been given to the parents of the primary school children. A Network Marketing Distribution network is being set up in the next month and will be trialled in the Queensland State electorate of Ferny Grove (Mr Geoff Wilson) before the system is rolled out to California. This gives the opportunity for the distributors at the top of the chain to earn funds (for themselves, their primary school children, and their School) and to enhance the sense of community that develops as students, parents, teachers and other staff, and members of the local community interact on a regular basis to improve the education that their children receive at their primary school. The primary schools being piloted in the next month are Ferny Grove State School, Ferny Hills State School, Grovely State School, Mitchelton State School, Mount Nebo State School, Mount Samson State School, Patrick's Road State School, Samford State School, and various private schools within the Queensland State electorate of Ferny Grove.

These domain names are almost identical to the domain names "centenaryshs.com" and "brisbaneshs.qld.edu.au" which are respectively used by the Centenary State High School and the Brisbane State High School to promote these schools.
The Department is very concerned that members of the public when accessing the internet via these domain names will be mislead and confused into believing that these domain names are associated with these schools, and that the material appearing in these sites is, and will in the future, damage the goodwill and reputation of these schools.
In view of these concerns, I have been instructed to demand that you provide the following undertakings to me by 5.00 pm on 4 May 2005:
If you fail to provide these undertakings by the nominated time, I have instructions to apply to the Supreme Court seeking an interlocutory injunction against you with respect to the domain names "centenary-shs.com" and "brisbaneshs.com".
I trust that you will agree to provide the above undertakings, thereby avoiding the considerable time and costs that will be incurred by both parties in litigating this matter.

It has come to our attention that there exists a site with a very similar web address to our school site and that it may be interpreted by some as having a link to our school. This is NOT the case. It is an unauthorised site. The matter has been referred to the legal branch of Education Queensland.
RESPONSE: It does have a link to the school. How can it not be the case ? The Queensland Education Department does not have a monopoly on information.
Neighbourhood Watch Subsystem
The website http://www.neighbourhoodwatch.us is expected to be running in the next month. The key in its effectiveness will be its interconnectedness with the various subsystems of PEGPIN particularly with the various communities involving primary school children. The network programming involved here is quite challenging and sophisticated but is required to meet the objective of a 90% reduction in crime rates. This target is set for communities across the board.
In a scientific context, the word chaos has a slightly different meaning than it does in its general usage as a state of confusion, lacking any order. Lorenz, a meteorologist, was running computerized equations to theoretically model and predict weather conditions. Having run a particular sequence, he decided to replicate it. Lorenz re-entered the number from his printout, taken half-way through the sequence, and left it to run. What he found upon his return was, contrary to his expectations, these results were radically different from his first outcomes. Lorenz had, in fact, entered not precisely the same number, .506127, but the rounded figure of .506. According to all scientific expectations at that time, the resulting sequence should have differed only very slightly from the original trial, because measurement to three decimal places was considered to be fairly precise. Because the two figures were considered to be almost the same, the results should have likewise been similar. Since repeated experimentation proved otherwise, Lorenz concluded that the slightest difference in initial conditions - beyond human ability to measure - made prediction of past or future outcomes impossible, an idea that violated the basic conventions of physics. As the famed physicist Richard Feynman pointed out, "Physicists like to think that all you have to do is say, these are the conditions, now what happens next?"
