A while ago, I suggested that we (Reps, Mozilla employees, some other
community members) do an IAmA on Reddit, some people seemed to be
interested in doing that. I'm just wondering if anybody is still
interested in doing that If you are, I'd be willing to work with the
marketing team, et al. to make it happen.

I know one of the execs there - so if we want some kind of official
Reddit support, let me know and I can ask :=)

I'm interested and would love to be onboard with this.

I loved this idea! My suggestion was to make it fairly general - IAmA Mozillian :)

In that case since it is narrowed down to "Mozillian" we will likely need to pick someone.... I thought were were talking a Group AMA.
Re: Reddit IAmA Tanner Filip 29/08/12 16:18
I was actually thinking something like "We are Mozilla, AuA" (ask /us/
anything), so it'd kind of show that anybody can be part of Mozilla, not
just people who have certain skills.
Re: Reddit IAmA Mary Colvig 29/08/12 16:21
Sorry, maybe I don't understand IAmA enough. I thought it could be I am a Mozillian [as in one of many].

Re: Reddit IAmA Tanner Filip 29/08/12 16:31
That's how a few previous Mozilla IAmAs went, they just had a list of
people in the OP and their usernames, saying that they were "official".

I'd still love to do one, be that a Rep AUsA or a Mozillian AUsA

The webdev team also did a IAmA a while ago and it was very well received:

this is awesome!

I didn't realize some Reddit threads are archived and no longer
voteable/commentable - I wanted to do both! :)

I'll make an event on the portal when I have some time (either tomorrow or
Saturday) if we want to go through with this.
