Just because you have a legal contract with DHSC, does NOT mean that I
am bound by it.
You cannot buy a list and then call it opt-in.
Perhaps, if you had mailed me direct and asked for permission to
supply my details to DHSC, I might have had a different attitude.
Your problem is with your list supplier.
You supplied my details to DHSC without my permission and DHSC spammed
I will be posting your mail on NANAE for public consumption.
