Problems with us-east-1 package server?

Hi,

I've been seeing 403s when trying to install packages from us-east-1
for the past weekend. This is on 12.04, so I should have that
pipelining fix in place. Likewise, I haven't had problems previously
with 12.04.

I'm trying to narrow it down. Some packages can be fetched fine,
others not. Packages that fail once may succeed just a few minutes
later. My package installation is all automated, so I wonder if I'm
hitting a rate limit. But I'm really not doing anything too crazy.

Is anyone else seeing this or does anyone have any insights into the
package server operations?

Been running into this all day today. Here is a forums thread

I went ahead and just used this as my sources.list, until this problem
is resolved:
