| Re: Install reporting on debian package installation | Martin Edenhofer | 23/01/17 04:45 | Dear Babak, if you are experienced, you can replace the /opt/zammad directory with the git check you and follow the install from source manual (I have not tested it - just a hint). The reporting is not in the packages right now, because it's not official released yet. So far more details about the current reporting features: That is correct. I have provided you a screenshot and overview of the principles: Profiles Is the selection option in the middle column. Profiles can be managed via the admin interface. The tickets that you want to evaluate are usually determined here. For example, all tickets from the Support area or all tickets from a particular customer. Metrics Is the selection possibility at the top left (currently TicketCount, Create Channels, Communication). Here all tickets of a profile with a certain metric are evaluated. You can set different options for each metric, for the currently selected metric, the possible options are displayed. Illustration If a profile and a metric are selected, the representation of the metric is displayed in the main area. Period selection Here you can select the period of the display (it goes from yearly to realtime). Lists If tickets were used to generate the production, then these ticket lists are displayed below. An export as Excel list is possible. Greetings, -Martin |

Does the reporting function require additional database tables or is it just another frontend reading and evaluating exisiting data?
