1. New default KDE launcher command (usually does not work; hangs):

  qvm-run -q --tray -a fedora-20-x64-minimal 'qubes-desktop-run
/usr/share/applications/xterm.desktop'

2. Old-style launcher command (works):

It's because missing pygobject3-base package in that template. I've
added it to qubes-core-vm depends, but for now you can install that
package manually.
