The Community Outreach Group, Planned Parenthood's partner for advocacy and electoral field campaigns, is seeking a Training and Talent Development Specialist to help prepare our staff to run high-impact and values-driven campaigns this summer and fall. The Training Specialist will take primary ownership over training electoral organizers, while producing materials and training trainers, assisting our paid canvass teams with sharing best practices, and owning the debrief, evaluation, and placement of our 2016 electoral staff. The ideal candidate is not afraid of using technology to train online, and is also excited to get into the field and work with our teams face to face. Telecommuters welcome!
