Access to my account BBFOC 3/3/12 8:29 AM
Every time I try to access my account, I am asked to enter my domain name.  However when I do, it says " Sorry, you've reached a login page for a domain that isn't using Google Apps. Please check the web address and try again. "  Since I have confirmation that I do have GoogleApps for Nonprofits, I have my domain names confused.  But it is IMPOSSIBLE to get live support without a PIN, which is accessible via the CPanel, which I cannot get to?  Can anyone help me get this straightened out?

What's the domain name?
Re: Access to my account Al Cohen 3/16/12 8:52 PM
The main domain name is bbfoc.org but I have tried a few variations such as bbfoc.org/bethany and bbfoc.org/bca and bethanybiblefellowship.org.

Al,

I just looked and neither of those domains seem to be pointing to Google.  Where did you get the confirmation that you have Google Apps for Nonprofits?  Who setup it with Google?

Here are the sequence of events:

1)      Apparently when I originally applied for Google for Nonprofits under our school Bethany Christian Academy (BCA), we were denied because our EIN number was actually under Bethany Bible Fellowship.

Thank you for applying to the Google for Nonprofits program.   This is an automated message to let you know that your application was rejected because Google was unable to verify the 501(c)(3) status of your non-profit organization.  Please carefully read the scenarios below to determine how to proceed.  Do not reply to this email.

2)      So I re-applied under Bethany Bible Fellowship, where I was subsequently denied!

Mon 6/20/2011 9:20 PM       After a thorough review of your application for Bethany Bible Fellowship, we regret to inform you that your application has not been approved. To learn more about the program's eligibility criteria, please visit http://www.google.com/nonprofits/eligibility.html

3)      After totally giving up, it came up again last week so I reapplied with Google for Nonprofits, under Bethany Bible Fellowship.  And to my surprise, my EIN number was already using Google For Nonprofits by BCA, and I was asked if I wanted to transfer the account from BCA to BBF, so I said yes.  And got the following response on 3/2/2012 below.

Fri 3/2/2012 4:11 PM     We're emailing you because someone has requested ownership of your Google for Nonprofits membership account for Bethany Christian Academy. Google only allows one owner per Google for Nonprofits membership account.

4)     I then received confirmation that Google For Nonprofits previously owned by BCA, was transferred to BBF.

Fri 3/2/2012 4:21 PM
This email is to confirm the recent changes made to your Google for Nonprofits membership account. Our records indicate ownership of your Google for Nonprofits membership account for Bethany Christian Academy has successfully been transferred.

FiFinally, I got a confirmed "Transfer of Ownership" which stated "Congratulations!, You have successfully transferred ownership of this Goggle for Nonprofits account".   But I can't figure out how to get into it.

Simon, is there any further help you can offer?    Is there any way to SPEAK with technical support without a PIN, which I cannot get because I can not get into my account?
Re: Access to my account Simon 3/20/12 11:55 AM
There is no way to call technical support for Google for Nonprofits.

So when you login at (https://google-for-nonprofits.appspot.com/checkstatus) are you using the email address that Google sent the "Transfer of Ownership" email to?
Re: Access to my account Al Cohen 3/20/12 4:00 PM
I resubmitted because the site you listed below showed my organization rejected.  Thanks for your help.
