I'm getting the same problem.  I tried turning off my firewall, so
that's not the problem.

I suspect it's a problem with Sketchup calling Internet Explorer,
since that's what it uses for embedded web browsing on Windows, even
though my default browser is Firefox.  I have IE 8.0.6001.18702.
