come one come all to the first friday friendly frolic (ffff).  be one of the cool kids that does bayway before bike to work day.

friday may 4th (cuatro de mayo) - 630am
standard bayway with feral cats freeway
ritual roaster rollout (21st and valencia)
style nrlb (no rider left behind) - see 1 and 2 in notes

weather forecast:

notes:
1) if you want to ride faster, please call a different ride.
2) be reasonable about your abilities.  while i will be there to sweep (probably along with scott crosby), if you havent done more than a 20 mile ride recently please consider joining from millbrae.

things to be aware of:
1) i go to google in mountain view but there is a reasonable chance that you dont.  know your way if you arent going to google.
2) please make sure your bike tires are at a decent pressure.  also, please know how to change a flat tire or ride with someone who knows how.
