Welcome to all users of Makerbot and Makerbot related products including the Cupcake, the Thing-o-matic, Replicator 1, Replicator 2 and Replicator 2X. Also, all users of Makerbot Clones such as Wanhao, Mbot, FlashForge and CTC. This group is now also open to posts regarding all Gen5 Makerbots including the Mini, Replicator and Z-18. However... Please note that the Gen5 machines, per posts here and on other forums, have shown to be VERY problematic due to a significant number of inherent design flaws and we strongly recommend that all new owners of Gen5 3D Printers be VERY aware of the amount of time they have to return a Gen5 machine for a full refund.  IOWs do NOT wait for replies to posted problems on this forum before deciding to return a malfunctioning Gen5 3D printer. Instead we recommend contacting Makerbot Industries IMMEDIATELY.

Unlike many other 3D Printing Google Groups, this group is not owned, admin'd or in any way censored by Makerbot Incorporated, FlashForge or any other 3D Printing commercial vendor or supplier.

Only rules here are... No profanity. No nasty flaming (Seriously, mutual respect always makes for the ideal forum). No support of illegal activities (e.g., how you can 3D print a nuke) or support of any piracy or theft of legally protected content, designs or media.

If a post is upsetting or against these rules I will post a request for the original poster to delete BEFORE I (the Admin) delete it to ensure all know and understand what was removed and why.
