The edges of the QR CODE has been trimmed, is it possible to recognize it ?

The edges of the QR CODE has been trimmed, is it possible to recognize it ?

PS: APPs in IOS can recognize it quickly and some good Apps in android also can.
So how can I improve it? thks.
