how to make zxing's source code can be debug in android studio?

You would just need to get the sources and then attach it in the IDE.

If you need the source, it's much more direct to get it from Github:

https://github.com/zxing/zxing

But really, you need to declare a dependency on the library artifact you want using Maven. Then the IDE just downloads source for you.

This isn't the right way to do it.
