Please have a look at the Apache license, and https://github.com/zxing/zxing/wiki/License-Questions . There is nothing in particular about commercial use or other frameworks. Yes, you can reuse Apache-licensed code alongside anything else, as long as you're abiding by the terms of the OSS license.
