Is v3 API gone?

I'm building something under v3 API, but today all the documents are gone and v3 "Write" request is not allowed. Note sure what happens, any suggestion?

We temporarily lost some redirects on the documentation wiki in a site
upgrade last night. All the documentation should be back to normal now.
