Need help debugging a translator ?

Hello all,
I have been contacted by librarians in France who encounter issues with the new version of Zotero and I am unable to understand what is going wrong, I hope someone here will be luckier than me :)

The translator is Library Catalog Pica when applied to French catalog Sudoc (www.sudoc.fr). If you go there > search for any term > try to save items from the result list, you should get the popup message in the right bottom corner saying there was an issue while saving the item. Same behavior on Chrome AND Firefox (I am running Ubuntu 16.04). The issue is that :
- the list of titles is ok and saving a record from a detailed view page is working fine;
- testing the translator through Scaffold is working fine.

Any idea on what is going wrong?

Hello all,
replying to myself as today is seems that there is not any way to get metadata from Sudoc (national catalog for academic libraries in France, major issue for usage of Zotero in France)/ When searching anything on www.sudoc.fr the translator is not loaded. Looking at the output, I don't even see a line containing "Looking for translators for" when browsing the SUDOC. Below is the output from my logs. I suspect something is wrong based on the timeout at the end of the log but am not able to understand what. The translator has not changed since May so I suspect it might be related to some change on the provider's website but have you got any clue on what can be wrong ?
