When generating CSL-JSON via the API (include=csljson or
format=csljson), dates are now provided as 'date-parts' when possible
instead of 'raw'. CSL-JSON is usually passed straight through to
citeproc-js or another processor, so this change shouldn't affect most
API consumers.
