then method called too soon

I'm using zombie 1.4.1

When I visit the second page in a zombiejs browser,

if the load time for this page is long then I am seeing that the then
method is called with the html from the first page.

If the load time for the second page is short then I am correctly seeing
that the then method is called with the html from the second page.

I tried this on zombie 2.0.0-alpha24 now I get an empty page the
browser.html() returns empty.

Any help would be appreciated.
