I want to use yuidoc for my project's javascript files.

The project is Spring web project.

It also contains .java files and i am gonna use javaDoc for it.

Can i  use yuidoc with javaDoc together?

Is yuidoc used with myeclipse?

Thanks.

YUIDoc is just a command line tool that generates HTML files with documentation from your source. It doesn't currently have integration with IDEs. It does generate a JSON file that is relatively easy to read that you can use to create your own IDE library definitions.
