Proposal: Merge PR88

This addresses issue #86 (https://github.com/yui/yuicompressor/issues/86) by looking one token ahead on numbers; if it finds a DOT token, it will prepend a '.' to the number so that the JS engine doesn't try to treat whatever follows the DOT token as part of a float. The PR also includes a test for this case.

(Note: PR87 was cancelled because I included more in the PR than I intended to)
