Dear Associate and Affiliate Presidents,
On May 14, 2014, the Associates and Affiliates will be celebrating their 100 years of service and fundraising for Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. The Hospital is hosting a Luncheon and Symposium in our honor and we are inviting all members of the Associate and Affiliate groups – active, associate and sustaining. Please find the flyer attached. A printed invitation will be sent to all members of record around April 1st. Please make sure that you send your new roster to our office in order that any new members or address changes can be included in the invitation mailing.
I would very much appreciate it if you would forward this Save the Date to your membership so that they might add it to their calendars. I think you and your members will find this to be a stimulating and exciting afternoon.
