Partial Responses and Updates with the YouTube API

We wanted to share some big news that was just announced on the Google
Code blog: the YouTube API now supports partial responses and partial
update requests. Both these features allow you to drastically cut down
on the amount of data you send and receive via the API, which means
simpler, faster API operations and happier users.
