[YouTube-API-Announce] New API Revision on Staging Server

Hello Folks,

There is a new revision of the API running on

http://stage.gdata.youtube.com

New functionality in this release include support for the new likes/
dislikes rating system, as well as a new "As Seen On" standard feed.
The YouTube API documentation will be updated to reflect these new
features once the API revision goes live in production.
