Sorry, I don’t really understand what you mean. Could you elaborate what exactly is missing and how you have to configure it?
Xtend copies JavaDoc comments to the generated source from which javadoc should have no problems to extract it. JavaDocs are also shown in the hover pop-ups of references and declarations.
