XNAT 1.5 RC2 is available for your review. This resolves all of the known issues/failure points regarding the new XNAT 1.5 features. Please take a look, and let us know if there is anything else that seems amiss.

Sorry, my fault. There's a cache on either my browser or JVM that's stickier than I realized, so my tests were working just fine despite the breakage.
I've committed a changeset that should fix the problem to http://bitbucket.org/karchie/xdat_release_1_5
(Tim, would you please pull that patch onto the main xdat_release repo?)

The problem here is connection refused for uploader, which (I think)
is not caused by the missing two jars (I tried central-test.xnat.org,
the two jars are also not found, but I can upload a session with
uploader).
The xdat.log has an error message:

Something's listening on the port and preventing a C-STORE receiver from starting. Do you maybe have two separate XNAT 1.5 webapps in the same Tomcat container?
For what it's worth, the 1.5 uploader applet doesn't use the DICOM networking protocol at all -- it's all HTTP. So if you're mostly trying to get the applet working, the DICOM receiver is a separate problem.
