Pipelines not working in a 1.6.5 installation -- missing XDATScreen_Piipeline_launch_pipeline

Hi,

I have been unable to get the sample DicomToNifti pipeline working in a 1.6.5 installation.  I've followed the steps in the wiki, but when I click on the "Build" action in my project, the following shows up in the turbine.log:

java.lang.ClassNotFoundException:

        Requested Screen not found: XDATScreen_Pipeline_launch_pipeline

        Turbine looked in the following modules.packages path:

        [org.apache.turbine.app.xnat.modules, org.nrg.xnat.turbine.modules, org.nrg.xdat.turbine.modules, org.apache.turbine.app\

.xnat.modules, org.apache.turbine.modules]

        at org.apache.turbine.modules.ScreenLoader.getInstance(ScreenLoader.java:190)

        at org.apache.turbine.modules.pages.DefaultPage.doBuild(DefaultPage.java:139)

Should a file called XDATScreen_Pipeline_launch_pipeline.vm have been created when I added the Build action to my project (as per the example at https://wiki.xnat.org/display/XNAT16/Installing+Pipelines+in+XNAT)?

Hey Mark,

 

You just have a typo in your configuration. The page is not XDATScreen_etc_etc, it’s PipelineScreen_launch_pipeline. Change that in your configuration and then give it a try.
