REST upload failure bug...

So I think this is an Artifact related to my server crash a couple of weeks ago... but I had created a demo project called "Primates"... which didn't make it after the recovery (i.e. it was a demo project and I haven't made a new one)

I noted that when I tried to upload new images they didn't seem to appear in the Prearchive... I think that the XML rebuilder that seems to be kicked off gets stunk when it finds a directory for a projet that doesn't actually exist.. somewhat of a minor bug since this thing shouldn't happen (i.e. folders magically appear in the PREARCHIVE directory)... but thought it was worth noting..
