RC is now available, please stress it even more so we can have a clean and robust 3.0.4 and 3.1.0

both 3.0.4-rc1 and 3.1.0-rc1 is out

thanks for your work,

compiling 3.1.0-rc with ./configure --enable-xcache --enable-xcache-assembler

on a 32-bit linux with PHP 5.5.4 headers (FPM SAPI)

throws an error:
