bailout value - bug

Hi,

Xaos uses standard value of bailout value = 4

but it seem that it is square of bailout value so true bailout value is = 2

One can see it on the initial view that biggest level set circle cuts thru the end of main antenna  so 

radius  = 2 and center   c= 0.  

Am I right ?

If yes I will look for the code and try to correct it
