Problem in Sorting CovDs

Hi,
Here I am attaching an example where the Command SortCovDs[expr,CD] is behaving abnormally seems like index dependent. How to sort this out. I have another general query that if some combination of Riemann tensor(multiplied with some vector) or some combination of affine connections can be converted back to Covariant derivative notation, what should be the way? Simply How to get back covariant derivative notations
