Evidently, clothing designers make dresses for women that have perky, small to average size breast; that could only be the reason for darts to be placed so high. I can always have the alterations department at Nordstrom correct the dart problem. Other than that issue, the dress fits me perfectly. The dress is not low-cut enough to cause my breast to heave out; probably because I no longer have perky breast at my age."
