If you prefer to dry clean, use only a trusted dry cleaner. Fit is generous but flattering because the silk hangs so well. I'm a size 6 in tops and a 4 in pants normally and wear a small in this shirt; I am only slightly too busty at a 34DDD to fit into an extra small. If you are busty, I highly recommend taking the shirt to Nordstrom alterations and having them place small metal snaps inside the placket in between the second and third and third and fourth buttons; they are totally invisible from the outside and completely eliminate any potential for embarrassing gaping issues."
