Add Custom Preprocessor to ConfigurableWroManagerFactory (Maven Build Time)

Hi,

I'm trying to add a custom filter to add to ro.isdc.wro.maven.plugin.manager.factory.ConfigurableWroManagerFactory. I'm unable to override newProcessorsFactory as its is set to final.

So I tried to create an extended version of the ConfigurableProvider using the ServiceRegistry method as mentioned in https://code.google.com/p/wro4j/wiki/RegisterCustomProcessors.

My processor is being recognised when I use the runtime version, but not in the build version. Please advise.
