Project: Easy Digital Downloads on a membership site

Does anyone have experience using Easy Digital Downloads on a membership site? If so, are you interested in taking some subcontracted work? Here are more details:

Currently operating site runs Easy Digital Downloads. Site owner wants to add membership functionality as follows:

Different tiers of membership that would allow a certain number of downloads per month of the downloadable products available on the site. Example: Tier 1 $9.99 for 10 downloads/month, Tier 2 $15.99 for 20 downloads/month, Tier 3 $19.99 for 40 downloads/month.

Products cannot be purchased as single units but must be purchased through one of the monthly tier memberships. People can upgrade their monthly tier membership any time during the month.

If you're using EDD for payments your best bet for membership is almost
certainly going to be Restrict Content Pro, also by Pippin. He put a lot
of work into making them work together.
