Fix for 3.4 theme preview compatibility

Although the plugin is normally tested against trunk (meaning it's been tested against 3.4 for a few months now), there was a fix late in the core development cycle that authorized users twice when using the theme customizer, and broke the way Document Revisions selectively loads some of its admin functionality.

If you've upgraded to 3.4 (or trunk), and could test the development version against the theme customizer, the fix, in order to make it a bit more elegant, switched a few other things around. It passed unit tests, but before the stable version gets bumped, it's be great for a few folks to test it out.
