Subject: Tuesday High- Beg. to Inter.- Advanced Line Dance Class Pinellas
Park. We had a fun class last night all decorated for Valentine's Day. We even got a box of candy for each of us from Vince and a special chocolate cake from Sheri as well as many other yummy treats that others brought! Thank you. That was so nice. We had visitors from Connecticut and Maryland and it is always nice to have new people join our class when they are traveling through. We learned two cute, easier dances to give us a break from some of the harder ones we have been doing and Joan did a review of one of my favorites at the moment, Sun Will Rise. Hope you will give the video below a look. It's a beautiful little dance. In Your Suitcase is another easy one that all classes will like and East to West is doing well on the survey.

Great to be back at class last week after a wonderful weekend at the CBA's - Thanks to everyone for all the kind words on my achievement award - It was a proud night for me & your support is very much appreciated - After retiring 10 years ago, dancing is the reason I get up in the morning & long my it continue, not least my weekly class :-) .................
Great new dances from the Awards (Which I also taught at our Sutton Sunday & were really well received) :
-Moo Dee Blues (Dee Musk) - 32/4 Improver - An easy but mega cool West Coast to a great smooth Ruby Turner track
-You Belong (Jef Camps & Robbie M. Hickie) - 64/4 Intermediate - A upbeat pop Two-Step in the 'Written In Scars' league
-Young Forever (Alison & Peter) - 64/4 Intermediate - A flowing racy country East Coast beat
New for all from the Awards :
-Love Remains (Gary O'Reilly) - 48/2 Intermediate - A lovely smooth country Nightclub
Also a cool new one from Darren (Which was enjoyed at Sutton & Hinckley too) :
-Wants & Needs (Darren Bailey) - 64/2 Intermediate - A cool funky pop Cha much like Shady, another everyone is enjoying
And for the late-birds Scott's latest from Strictly taught by Rachael :
-The Anthem (Scott Blevins) - 64/4 Intermediate/Advanced - A cracking West Coast - A classic top draw dance from Scott
We recapped new ones from the weekend before the Awards that I never got to tell you about (Another N&J one from our Toon New Year Bash & Rachael's latest from Strictly, which we did at Hinckley too) -
-Waiting For Me (Neville & Julie) - 48/2 Advanced - Another classy & cool/smooth Nightclub from N&J
-Pink Champagne (Rachael McEnaney-White) - 64/2 Higher Intermediate/Advanced - A really cool funky West Coast
Thanks to everyone who came to dance with us at our Sutton Sunday last weekend (Next one 14/5 - The Sunday after Sundance) & our Hinckley Newline Saturday-Out this weekend (Next one 10/6 in Derby) - At Hinckley I taught two great dances which I've not done at class yet :
-Dig Your Heels (Maddison Glover) - Awesome funky phrased country
-Chase That Dollar (Dustin Betts) - Awesome funky phrased pop
Also from Hinckley, many thanks to MT Michelle who taught Guyton & Co's I Wanna Live Forever (I'll have a go when the sheet comes out) & went over One Reason too - And MT Tracey who did Scott's The Anthem - I'm looking forward to tackling Guyton & Co's One Reason with my late-birds this week :-)
Looking forward to our Just Dance Maggie G Experience with Maggie & Gary in Port Talbot this weekend - Cya there if you are coming - Maggie & Gary have some great new dances for us :-)

I would like to thank all those that entered the 12 step program of love contest. It was very hard choosing between them all,. It took the judges, awhile to choose as all dances were really good. 7 independent judges from all over finally made their choices.
Betty Moses 1st place winning $1,000
