I have been trying to work on Wordle for a few weeks and it doesn't work.

Is there an issue with Wordle?  I have tried different browsers and different computers with no luck.  Can you give me some direction on what I need to do.

You need to use Internet Explorer to be able to use Worde.

Please try helping us out by giving us any error messages you are getting or a screenshot of what you see. This helps us know exactly what you are having issues with. Just saying it doesn't work is not enough information. Try taking your car to a mechanic and say yeah my car is having issues. Its not working. They start asking questions to zero in on the issue. So help us help you.

I am having problems as well.  After I enter my words I hit "go" button. The next page I see says "Not working? Troubleshooting tips."  There is no red "X" or any other error message, just the previous msg I told you about.  I have gone over all the trouble shooting tips, switched browsers, installed Java.  Can you help me?

Attached is the screen that pops up, and once I hit Allow, it locks up Internet Explorer. It works fine with laptops not using Windows 10. Is there a security vulnerability with the latest version of Java used on this app?

I believe my issues started when my laptop was upgraded to Windows 10. Someone else that didn't have Windows 10 tried it, and it worked fine. I was informed that it may be related to security vulnerabilities with the latest version of Java used with this app. We appreciate your support in getting this resolved. We love your app!!
