use internet explorer and update java through the microsoft. com   web site   

also update the activeX    

only install from Microsoft for a clean version

update browser

also make sure it is permitted to allow on browser; internet options in security tab add the URL web address in the slot and add new URL to allow on browser and then click apply and ok  

refresh to make sure it took and it will let u know what else it needs to install or allow. 

then it will work for you
