Followed every step in the help file - JAVA still not running in WORDLE in any browser

I did every thing possible, installed reinstalled updated removed older versions installed and updated again - nothing helps. JAVA won't run in IE, Firefox or Opera.

Please please help me understand what is going on and what can be done? thanks
