Codechef SnackDown 2015

HI all,

I would like to introduce Codechef SnackDown 2015. This is one of its kind event and is held for competitive coders specifically from India. Sort of like ICPC but for Indians (it is also open for non Indians, but they have separate finals).

I will recap some of the rules:

1. Team of upto 2 members from the same institution or organization (yeah professionals are also eligible). 

2. There will be 3 online qualification rounds from which 500 teams each will advance to the elimination round. You only have to advance from one of the 3 rounds. In the elimination round, only top 25 will proceed to the finals. These 4 rounds are online.

3. The finals will be an onsite event to be held at Directi (which runs codechef) headquarters at Andheri, Mumbai.

And now, the prizes:

First place = ₹ 3 lakhs

Second place = ₹ 2 lakhs

Third place = ₹ 1 lakh

 And job offers from Directi.

Let us make sure IIT Bombay has lots of teams.
