error issue while convertiong mkv to mp4

This has happened a few times to me, is there still a way to convert the file?

There is a parameter (option) in the mkv that doesn't work in mp4. It's probably 12.1 sound or something crazy. Try setting the audio channels to 2. If that don't work set the bit rate to 800 or a good one for you. then set the frame size to 1280x760 or whatever you want. Just keep setting options till you one that works. Might find it, might not
