How to convert .mov files to mp4 with alpha channel

Hi i have mov files with aplha channels when i convert them to mp4 it is compressed and no alpha channels, can anyone says me the paramerters for alpha channel export.

i dont need to compress files just need to convert mov to mp4 with alphe channel.

I don't believe MP4 supports alpha channel.

I may be wrong.  I'm assuming you're getting the files from an Adobe Product.  Can you see if you can export the mp4 using that tool with Alpha?

I don't think  MP4 can handle an alpha channel either. MKV with lossless FFV1 compression does.
