Hi,

I am Matthew and I need your help, if you can create a preset  that will encode a file   at  min  200mb to 550mb  max.

with no lost of quality or sound,  the format is  mp4 file, .

a single preset won't because it depends on the length of the video, but cutting the video bit rate (in the video options) to 500 might do it depending on length of the movie. A long movie maybe 400 or 300 but lower decreases quality
