precompile JSP on wl5.1

Hi.
I'm not sure this is the right NG, so I'm sorry if I'm just wastin your
time.

Anyway, here's my problem:
What's wrong with setting the precompile option?
I set the precompile option (in the web.xml - with <context-param>
<param-name>weblogic.jsp.precompile</param-name>
<param-value>true</param-value> </context-param>).

After starting the server, it seems as if everything is OK, but then trying
to access any page on my server brings a 404 error, with this error in the
log:
