license install problem

My company just received a full license for WebLogic Server 5.1.0 and
other products. I am having a problem getting WebLogic to run after
copying the license information to the WebLogicLicense file. This is
the error I get:

Is there anything noticeably wrong with the file? The original license
works, but they need to have the upgrade running ASAP. The eval version
was working without problems...
