license problem...

new license. I followed the online instructions, but when trying to
start WebLogic, I get the following errors:

Something very strange happened yesterday when I first attempted to
install the license. The fields in the license file changes showing my
ip address and "unlimited set as a value for expiration. I was still
getting the same error message though. Has anyone seen this before. Do
you think some of the formatting in the file is off? I used vi to paste
the information...
