libweblogicunix1 not in java.library.path

We are trying to run the WebLogic Sever v5.1.0 on AIX 4.3.3 and Java 1.2.2
and we get an error (unable to find the shared library
"libweblogicunix1.so"). See below for detail.

Using the JRE 1.8.8 the server runs fine.

Could anyone help us? Thanks in advance.
