exception with LDAP wl6.0sp1 with special module upgrade.

I was using the old LDAP security module to retieve users and groups from
the Netscape LDAP server. Everything was working just fine. I had all the
parameters filled up in the ldapsecurity realm.
After getting the latest upgrade from bea for the LDAP Security realm, I
updated the ldaprealm.properties file with the parameters from the config
file and followed all the instructions provided with the installation of the
new ldap jar file.
when I start the weblogic server , it throws the following exception.
what am I missing ?
