EOFException

Hi,
I am trying to set up two way SSL using WLS6.0 SP1.
Followed configuration steps in Doc , I am getting EOFException
when I start weblogic server.
This key is generated by weblogic certiificate servlet.
Any idea what is wrong with localhost-key.der?
