NYI/FIXME Exception

When I run DDInit as below, I got the NYI/FIXME Exception (I have the EJB jar file and the Meta-inf folder in folder build)
java weblogic.ant.taskdefs.ear.DDInit build

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.Error: NYI/FIXME
at weblogic.ant.taskdefs.ear.DDInit.writeDescriptors(DDInit.java:266)
